Even small measures like this can have a big impact. Remember, not only does it lower housing prices, it leads to faster growth, meaning more jobs, more opportunities, more innovation, and higher salaries.

Big impact, sure, but the real meat is in showcasing the various ways people resist reforms and changes, along with highlighting implementation pain points.

This provides valuable data for future reforms, especially considering this is meant to be Columbus's opening act of their 'Zone In' initiative.
